  • Was there a dominating message or subject matter that the page (or site) clearly communicated to you in a manner that confirmed that it was an expert resource or information source on that subject, product or service.
  • Was there an easy and straightforward method of getting in contact with the company or owner of the site - and from every one of the website's pages.
